68 ROCES ARCADE LOCATED ALONG ROCES AVENUE IN QUEZON CITY


Eton Properties Philippines Inc., the property development unit of the Lucio Tan Group of Companies, has launched the commercial component of its upscale residential community, 68 Roces, in Quezon City.

Situated on a 3.3-hectare property on Don Alejandro Roces Ave., 68 Roces is a 28-townhouse community with the first floor devoted for the commercial area to be called “The Arcade.†The second and third floors will comprise the residential units that come with two to three parking slots.

The commercial units, with sizes ranging from 158 square meters to 238 square meters, will be sold at prices starting at P10.8 million.
